This unique program applies only to US companies. All organizations must have more than one employee and be credit worthy. Once you have qualified and completed the documentation for the program, a new Phaser 8400 printer is shipped to your location FREE of charge. Upon successful completing of the 2-year program, the printer is yours to keep.
How does the Free Printer Program work?
The Free Printer Program is structured as an equipment lease. Your 24 month lease of $199 or $99 (depending on which program you select) will provide $199 or $99 in ink supplies shipped monthly, the Xerox Phaser 8400 (DP) or (B) printer, and on-site service for your printer.
When you are approved in the program you will receive two agreements. The first agreement will cover the on-site service and monthly shipment of ink supplies. The second agreement will cover the lease payment of $99 and $199. The two agreements work together to provide you the printer, the service and the ink supplies.
You will not pay any shipping charges on the printer or your monthly shipment of ink. You will only pay for the value of the ink supplies over the 24-month agreement.
Depending on the Free Printer program you select, each month you will be shipped a box of solid ink sticks manufactured by Media Sciences. The actual number of pages that you can printer per box will vary based on ink coverage. However, if you use all of your solid ink sticks in a given month, you can purchase additional Media Sciences solid ink sticks from our online supply store at savings up to 30%
What’s required of you?
In exchange for the free printer and service for two years, your only financial commitment to this program is to purchase the monthly box of supplies discounted at $199 or $99 depending on the program you select. Should you need additional solid ink sticks, maintenance kits, or paper, you can purchase them on at our online store.
